You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to use the service where you are. By creating an account or using Litmap, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Places, activity, and availability
Litmap shows community activity and venue information that can change quickly. It is not a promise that a venue is open, safe, available, or suitable. Confirm venue details directly before making plans.
4. Clips and other content
You keep ownership of content you capture and post, but grant Litmap permission to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the service so the product can work. Only post content you captured or have the right to share.
- Respect people’s privacy and avoid recording faces without permission.
- Do not post nudity, sexual content, illegal activity, scams, hate, harassment, threats, or misleading material.
- Do not post content that infringes someone else’s rights or creates a safety risk.
5. Safety and conduct
Do not use Litmap to stalk, harass, target, or endanger anyone. Do not rely on the app as a safety, emergency, transportation, or law-enforcement service. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or community safety require it. We do not promise that every item will be reviewed before it appears.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or end features and update these terms as the product evolves. If you keep using Litmap after an updated effective date, you accept the revised terms.
